Overview

Scharlau PA01000250 is a conductivity reference solution based on aqueous potassium chloride (KCl), 0.001 mol/L. Its nominal conductivity is 147 µS/cm at 25 °C, with a specification of 145–149 µS/cm and an uncertainty below 1%. Measurement uses an electrode with a cell constant of approximately 0.7 cm⁻¹ and a temperature sensor. Reference conductivity values cover 15–40 °C. The solution is miscible with water at 20 °C and has a density of 1.00 g/cm³. It is supplied in a 250 mL plastic bottle for conductivity calibration and reference checks.
