Weltnexx purchases and sells products and coordinates delivery. Weltnexx has an official distribution relationship with Scharlab; other catalogue brands do not imply official representation. Product and transaction terms are agreed through direct communication with the customer.

A catalogue listing is not a commitment regarding stock, price, delivery date or sale. Submitting a form does not purchase a product or order a paid service. An automated receipt confirms technical delivery of an enquiry, not its acceptance or an order confirmation. Binding commercial terms are determined in the relevant quotation, order confirmation and agreement. Website updates do not automatically alter existing contracts.

Product name, CAS number, manufacturer base code, unit reference, purity and grade are distinct information fields. The full reference, quantity, unit option, intended use and destination must be checked together. Images may depict representative packaging and do not alone guarantee technical suitability or a particular batch. This information does not override agreed specifications or statutory rights.

Chemicals and technical products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose, current safety data sheet, label, technical documentation and applicable law. A laboratory grade does not establish approval for medical, food or personal use. Customers must assess suitability for their application and appropriate workplace safeguards. This does not remove a supplier's mandatory safety information, labelling, product safety or recall duties.

Certain products may require verification of identity, professional use, end use or regulatory documentation. Import, export, sanctions, chemical restrictions and dangerous goods transport rules depend on the product and destination. Unlawful transactions or transactions lacking necessary verification will not proceed. A listing does not establish availability to every country or every user.

Report product or delivery concerns with the product reference and relevant records to info@weltnexx.com. Requests are assessed under the agreement and applicable statutory rights. Do not return hazardous, opened or contaminated goods without appropriate transport instructions.

Rights and obligations are governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law. Catalogue information alone does not create an additional guarantee. Intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and non-excludable product liability are not excluded. Weltnexx’s mandatory seller obligations and customers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.

Trademarks belong to their respective holders. Listings of brands other than Scharlab do not claim official representation. Content may be viewed for business assessment. Unauthorised republication, infringement, malicious uploads, false identities, circumvention of access controls and interference with the service are prohibited. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

Personal data processing is explained in the privacy, KVKK and cookie notices. Website use is not blanket permission for marketing or optional tracking. External services such as Google Maps are also subject to the provider’s terms.
