An enquiry is not advertising permission.

Necessary proportionate preliminary assessment is considered under 5(2)(f), the individual's own contract under 5(2)(c), legal claims under 5(2)(e). Health records, identity copies and unnecessary special-category data are not requested. If genuinely necessary, special-category processing requires separate purpose, Article 6 condition and safeguards; the ordinary checkbox does not authorise it.

Weltnexx is in Germany; the frontend uses Vercel and API/database/file hosting uses Natro in Türkiye. This entails international processing. The applicable adequacy or appropriate-safeguard mechanism under Article 9 and necessary supplementary measures must be established for the actual transfer; a GDPR agreement is not automatically a KVKK safeguard. The ordinary form checkbox is not blanket transfer consent. Recipient/safeguard information may be requested at info@weltnexx.com.

Article 11 rights may be exercised via info@weltnexx.com with appropriate request and proportionate identity verification. Requests are addressed promptly and within 30 days, with reasons communicated in writing or electronically.
